A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is sent to your browser and stored on the hard drive of your computer (or Internet enabled device) when you visit a website. Session cookies are temporary cookie files that are erased from your device when you close your browser. Persistent cookies are cookie files that stay in one of your browser's subfolders after you close your browser.

We use the information collected by Google Analytics cookies to find out about how visitors use our website. Google will not combine the IP address sent by your browser in connection with Google Analytics with other data. How long do we keep your personal information?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

Where a minimum retention period is required by law (such as retaining records for HMRC purposes) we comply with that minimum period plus up to 12 months to allow time for us to anonymise or delete information in accordance with our internal data management processes. If you would like to know which periods apply to your specific information please contact us at the details provided below.
