DELIVERY / SHIPPING
Order any stock item from our range before 12 noon and it will normally be despatched the same day for delivery within the UK mainland the NEXT WORKING DAY. Non-stock, bespoke shower doors are made to measure and normally despatched the same day for delivery within the UK mainland the next working day.

FREE NEXT WORKING DAY delivery for all orders over £150.00 ex VAT.

Orders under £100 exc VAT are subject to a £15.00 ex vat carriage charge.
Longer lead-time applies for Shower Doors glazed with toughened glass, Shower Cubicles, Walk-in baths, Closomat, Geberit wash & dry toilets & Ropox bathroom products.
For delivery outside of the UK mainland please contact our Sales office on 01606 592586 before placing an order. Additional shipping charges may apply before we can process and despatch your order.
Shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item. If you receive an incorrect order we will cover the return carriage expense. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Orders cancelled after despatch will incur carriage charges and a restocking fee.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations
No unauthorized returns will be accepted (a return authorization may be obtained from our Sales Department). No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns and exchanges must be received in new and resalable condition, and a restocking fee will be applied (unless defective). For health reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products which have been used, unless the product is defective. Credits for returns are issued only to the original purchaser.
Made to Measure Items
All cancellations must be made prior to manufacture. Once manufactured we cannot cancel your order or accept their return after shipment, unless defective.
